I cannot believe you represent Jaguar in Sydney and fail to provide any acceptable Customer Service to your customers.
I just purchased a Jag as well like a few other customers expressing their customer service concerns below disappointment below and the only reason I decided to write this poor feedback is because IT's ALARMING TRUE!
Hello. Is anyone there? I have left 2 messages over the past 6 weeks and have had no response from your customer service team. Just left another message after a long hold time this morning. All nice at the beginning when they want your money but when you want to cancel something, they don't respond and just disappear off the planet. They keep passing you around within their team and never get anything done but take your money! Do not go to these guys to buy a car, would not recommend them at all even though they say they have a reputation to fulfill. These guys are the worst and I will never ever go back to them!!!
