  I, as a tenant, am deeply upset that an agent entered my home without adequate notice. I only received an AI reminder about an inspection today in my email yesterday, and I didn't notice it until today, prompted by a worried call from my wife after someone had entered our home when she was alone.
  Infinity may claim they sent an email with adequate notice, but I find no record of it. Don't blame the tenant; it's your agency's responsibility to ensure notice is delivered properly. Ring, request a reply, use email delivery receipts– don't just delegate those responsiblies onto an Ai program and than show up.
  
  My wife, in her third trimester of pregnancy, and one of our house keys were stolen key, felt vulnerable. Your agent entered casually, creating concern about a possible home invasion with stolen keys. I had to leave work, delegate tasks, and rush home to comfort my wife.
  
  My concern stems from my genuine care for my wife, yet can infinity genuinely express concern for tenants if they believe providing notice falls below the basic minimum effort?
  
  Our once positive relationship with the agency has now turned into feelings of violation and distrust!
  
  Edit: in reply to the owner, i dont have that 7 day notice in any of my inboxes.
  Did any of your IT techs verify they were successfully delivered before you typed your reply?
  
  Sending an email doesn't guarantee automatic receipt. The recipient's email address should be valid, and their inbox should be accessible and not full. Additionally, factors like spam filters and server issues can affect delivery.
  
  I appreciate your well wishes, but we do not feel secure in our home at all.

  Kaori Tokui at Infinity PA provided excellent friendly service to me for a new tenancy agreement for my property and did it quickly efficiently and on the best terms. Her market research skills to determine the rent to set were quite accurate and helpful.

  Infinity's service started off well, but it has deteriorated over time. As a landlord, I am dissatisfied with their tendency to prioritize tenants over landlords. They failed to produce accurate and detailed inspection reports, omitting crucial information such as wall patches and damage from previous tenants. When the exit report was generated, they didn't deduct the damage from the bond money, claiming it was caused by the previous tenants. Moreover, their market appraisal for rental fees was inaccurate. I do not recommend using their service for investment properties, as they are unhelpful in finding solutions for property damages. The worst part is their lack of privacy and confidentiality, as they sent another investor's rental contract to me, raising concerns about how they manage their security database.
