- John McGann Added October 20, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible company! I only wanted to sign-up for a couple of weeks and they said I could only sign-up for a minimum of four weeks, which I was fine with. I was then told I would need to pay an additional fee for a membership card, which cost approx. $40, and I would get this membership fee refunded once I gave the head trainer, Thomas Huynh, five days notice. I contact Thomas five days before and he has ignored any communication I have made. I then told one of the personal trainers (Borja Posada) in the gym about my predicament and he just told me that the original person misinformed me and this was tough luck. Stay well clear of this gym!
