  We have our car services done annually and are very happy with Autohaus One. We have been using them for many years and we’re very pleased they are now much closer to home. Very easy company to deal with. Highly recommend.

  2021: These guys rock- continue to have my car serviced each year at AutohausOne, best service and thorough work with great care and attention to detail. Thanks as always!
  
  2018: First service after corporate plan expiry with dealership. Planning to hold onto my car and wanted a solid Mercedes specialist locally for ongoing needs. These guys have great reputation online. Went to the workshop- Spoke with Shaun and Peter M (aka "Peter 2") who were both really friendly guys.
  
  Peter took care of me and whole experience was absolutely awesome. He provided great advice and took time to answer questions without rushing, really went above above and beyond (they do decent car wash too, I normally leave notes not to wash due to past experiences at other places but was happy I didn't here).
  
  They also give you a unique coded keyring with the workshop details so if you lose your keys (and someone hands them in) they can get them back to you.
  
  I'm fussy with my cars, Autohaus1 was great and I wouldn't take my car anywhere else for servicing in the Shire. Will bring my other car here too when it is due next. Thanks guys!

  It is refreshing to be able to know that your vehicle is being properly maintained by knowledgeable and experienced automobile engineers. Autohaus One are commendable for their experience with all makes, from the luxury to everyday around town cars.
  The team treat your car as if it was their own, with updates on the servicing if required. This all goes in hand with a great friendly environment.

  My second hand Audi had some issues that were identified after purchase by the specialists (Peter) at this service centre. He followed through with comprehensive inspections to identify issues that needed attention and gave great support through the rectification process. I was most impressed and thankful for the support. The most recent service confirmed the rectification work done by others was of good quality. I have been given a forecast of upcoming work that will be needed as part of regular servicing, a comforting thing that allows for time and financial planning. Most thankful for their truly high class specialist skill.

  I have used Autohaus One to look after my wife's Mercedes Benz for five years now and will continue to do so in the future for very simple reasons: they do the job professionally, without fuss and properly first time. Never had a problem with their work. Nice people,too.
