  Perry delivered top tier service. Only too happy to take on board my service queries and executed an immediate plan.
  He kept in touch throughout the morning and delivered a clean serviced car with professionalism and a smile at a more than fair fee.
  Just a real welcoming bloke that makes you happy to be there and you leave feeling like nothing was too much trouble

  Went to the dealership for a routine service and had the pleasure of dealing with Perry. Best customer service I've had for a while. Took interest on the car like it was his, provided advice and was very atentive to any concern or question I had.
  
  The service at Mercedes is good but I will recommend it for the GREAT customer service.

  I have had many Mercedes Benz cars, that I have bought from many dealerships, although, I have never bought one from a dealer that made the experience of parting with a lot of money so pleasant. Added to that, is the wonderful experience it is, to bring that car back here for service. From the people that arrange your loan car, to the people that are organising the service, everyone is so professional, helpful and genuinely friendly. The car always comes back looking and running like new. I’m kept up to date with how much it’s expected to cost, what is needed to be done, and when it’s going to be ready. If you’re looking for a new car, this is the place to go. If you’ve bought the car elsewhere, and looking to get a service, this is, once again, the place to go. You’ll simply, never patronise another dealership again. I can’t praise them highly enough.

  If you are after a Mercedes-Benz, this is the dealership to go to. I recently bought my second car from this dealership - AMG A35. It is such an amazing machine.
  
  Over the time, I have visited a variety of dealerships and experienced different levels of service however a couple of key call-outs for me to return to MB Sydney, Keith Jose (Senior Business Manager) is by far the best BM I have dealt with, not only will he make a deal for you but he also found an awesome car for me at the dealership to fit my budget and I ended up with a better deal than I expected. Dominic (Sales Executive) is a great individual who is very patient and understanding. He was very helpful in identifying a suitable car and taking care of the process for me. It has been an absolute pleasure and a true MB service experience.

  I recently purchased a E200 from Mercedes Benz Sydney. The whole experience from start to finish was very positive. Vincent Wong was very professional and extremely helpful in answering my questions and always looking for the best solution to satisfy my request. I was extremely happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Vincent Wong to anyone who is buying a new car.

  Another happy customer at Mercedes-Benz Sydney. Purchase of the latest E-class sedan went smoothly and the after-sales service has been great thus far. When you go in, ask for Mung Tran - he's one of those few salesmen who knows the product well, provides great service, is dependable and cares about the customer.
